Increased team budget to £120M

Earlier today we increased every team's budget by £20M so to a total of £120M! This makes it easier to create a team of more top players (which we like!) while still having to decide on the trade-offs for the absolute most expensive players (I'm looking at you Judd Trump).

Bug fixes

We have also fixed bugs including fixing the "time remaining until next tournament" on the team page. Thanks to @lesPuzz for pointing that out.
